Overview
Tomorrowland is more than a festival, it’s a global gathering. JBL wanted to use this moment to offer something special to their key relationships. Project360 developed and executed a hospitality concept that made every guest feel like a VIP.

Concept & Execution
From strategy to execution, we created a complete experience: we developed the hospitality vision, handled logistics, and managed every detail on site. Across multiple editions, we welcomed guests from the Netherlands, APAC, and the Martin Garrix Music Academy. Our role included everything from coordinating travel and transfers to designing F&B moments and personal hosting.
