The story

The Martin Garrix Academy brings together emerging talent from around the world for a one-of-a-kind creative program in Amsterdam. While JBL leads the content and curation, Project360 takes care of everything else. Across two editions, we’ve delivered the strategy and operations behind every flight, hotel, transfer and meal, making sure nothing distracts from the purpose of the event.

our role

Each year, JBL selects 40 rising artists to join the Academy. From the moment their names are confirmed, we take over. We build a complete hospitality experience that runs smoothly from start to finish. That means booking international travel, arranging accommodation, coordinating local transport and curating food and beverage. Everything needed to make guests feel welcome, cared for and focused.

Impact

With two successful editions in a row, the Martin Garrix Academy has grown into a global project with global impact. Known not only for its content, but also for the experience that surrounds it, the Academy brings together emerging talent from around the world. Project360 helped raise the standard behind the scenes, making sure every detail contributed to a seamless whole. The result? An environment that fuels creativity and leaves a lasting impression, for talent and client alike.
