Esma Ozogul and Maarten Nouwen join Project360
Creative marketing agency with roots in entertainment and sports takes the next step in its growth strategy
Rotterdam, 10 July 2025 – Project360 is expanding its team with two new hires: Esma Ozogul and Maarten Nouwen. Their arrival aligns with the agency’s ambition to grow further and support more brands in building impactful marketing campaigns.
Esma Ozogul joins from Prijsvrij Vakanties and previously worked at TUI, where she played a key role in developing the company’s social media approach. Her expertise in platform behaviour, content strategy and community building adds immediate value for both existing and future clients of Project360.
Maarten Nouwen brings experience from both the sports world and the corporate sector. He worked on campaigns around the Olympic Games, the Table Tennis World Championships, the Dakar Rally and Formula 1, and gained international B2B marketing experience at Workday. This combination provides a strong foundation for both strategic and creative projects.
