This isn’t a role where you’ll get a briefing with a ready-made answer.
You’ll get an idea, the freedom, and the responsibility to turn it into a campaign people see, feel, and remember.

At Project360, you create campaign visuals, social content, and pitch decks for international brands and a network of top European football clubs, as well as brands in entertainment and lifestyle. You work closely with a creative and marketing team, contribute from the very first idea through to final design, and ensure everything is production-ready.

You’ll also contribute creatively to a new platform in sport and entertainment that’s yet to launch — your work will be part of it from day one.

About the role

What you’ll do

  • Design campaign visuals, social content, and branding for international brands and clubs

  • Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts for sport and brand activations

  • Lead the visual storytelling process from initial concept to final, production-ready design

  • Create presentations and pitch decks that persuade and inspire

  • Develop content for social media, digital channels, and activations

      Your profile

      Who you are

      You have 2–5 years of experience as a designer and a portfolio you’re genuinely proud of. You combine strong conceptual thinking with attention to detail and hands-on execution.

      • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma

      • Conceptually strong, detail-oriented, and execution-driven

      • Genuine affinity with sport, entertainment, or lifestyle, reflected in your work or interests

      • Open to using AI tools as part of your creative process

      • Collaborative and comfortable brainstorming, but also able to work independently

      • Experience with video editing is a plus

        Our office is located on the edge of Rotterdam, overlooking De Kuip and the city center. A small, close-knit team where you collaborate daily, exchange ideas, and push each other creatively.
