Senior brand manager

Are you a Senior Brand Manager with a passion for lifestyle, sport and entertainment? Do you love building brands, rolling out international campaigns and delivering measurable growth?

With 3–6 years’ experience in brand management or marketing, you’re ready for more ownership: brand responsibility, strategic direction, and the chance to guide clients and (small) teams. At Project360 you’ll work on brands that matter, alongside a creative and ambitious team. You’ll get the freedom and responsibility to turn brand strategies into real results and international projects with visible impact.

About the role

You’re responsible for brand positioning, growth and activation. You develop brand strategies, translate them into creative concepts and make sure execution is on point. You lead projects and keep all stakeholders aligned.

 

What you’ll do

    • Drive the development and rollout of brand and activation strategies.

    • Manage a range of projects: content creation, exclusive brand activations/events and our digital channels.

    • Support brand positioning and growth across the sport, lifestyle and entertainment space.

    • Spot new collaboration and business opportunities, and build/maintain your own network.

    • Build strong relationships across the sport, lifestyle and entertainment industries.

    • Continuously improve and optimise campaigns and ways of working.

 

Your profile

About you

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s level, preferably in marketing, communications or (sport) management.

  • 3–6 years’ experience in a marketing, communications or brand role.

  • Experience in brand positioning, activation and seeding programmes.

  • Strong affinity with lifestyle, sport and entertainment (experience with A-brands or clubs is a plus).

  • Excellent organisational skills; comfortable juggling multiple projects.

  • Analytical, data-driven and result-oriented.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (Spanish is a plus).

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting and used to owning responsibility.

  • Flexible mindset and willing to travel (inter)nationally.
