About the role
What you’ll do
Drive new business across sport, entertainment, and lifestyle
Identify opportunities and initiate conversations proactively
Develop and present pitches and proposals to brands and partners
Collaborate with the creative team to turn deals into campaigns and activations
Build long-term relationships and grow existing partnerships

Your profile
Who you are
You have 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within sport, entertainment, or lifestyle. You bring a relevant network you can activate immediately, build trust quickly, and take ownership without being asked. You thrive in environments where not everything is fully structured yet.
Strong at building relationships, earning trust, and closing deals
Genuine affinity with sport, entertainment, or lifestyle, reflected in your network
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and commercially driven
Fluent in Dutch and English
Willing to travel nationally and internationally
