The story

Project360 partnered with Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano and twofiftyk to create Exposed, a distinctive live show concept designed to spotlight the duo’s sound and connect more directly with their audience. Unlike their large-scale festival performances, Exposed focused on a raw, stripped-back experience, centered entirely around the music, the artists, and the crowd.

Challenge

The ambition was to craft a format that allowed SJRM to break away from the traditional festival setup and create a deeper, more personal experience. The concept needed to be flexible enough to travel globally while remaining consistent in its quality, energy, and brand expression.

Concept & Marketing

Project360 shaped every aspect of the brand, from naming and identity to content and campaign strategy. We developed the marketing framework, positioned the concept in the market, and handled the go-to-market rollout. This included visual design, ticketing strategy, promotion of live shows, stage design, and merchandise integration.

Social Media Management

All digital communications were managed by our team, from launch announcements to behind-the-scenes content and post-event recaps. The storytelling focused on authenticity, artistic intention, and the emotional experience behind each performance.

Artist Management

We coordinated all logistics for the artists and their guests, including bookings, technical riders, production planning, and live programming. Each show was carefully curated to ensure consistency in performance and experience across every location.

Live Show Experience

Designed to be as flexible as it was immersive, the Exposed live show stripped back all excess to spotlight sound, rhythm and raw connection. From major cities to underground clubs, each edition created a focused environment where lighting, staging and sound design were all in service of one goal: letting the music lead. It wasn’t about spectacle. It was about energy, presence and a deeper kind of experience.

Result

Exposed helped reshape the artistic narrative of Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano. It strengthened their relationship with a core international fanbase and positioned them as artists who value depth, identity and experience. The concept proved its market relevance with a sold-out 6,000-capacity show at AFAS Live in Amsterdam and continues to be a benchmark for performance-led brand building in the electronic music scene.
